Before she took to the stage at the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards tonight, host Katy Perry wore an interesting, yet slightly scary Jean-Charles de Castelbajac Fall 2008 blue dress. The scary part was the eye detail that appeared to be popping out of her chest. The singer wore her dress with pair of yellow pumps.

Beyonce

The R&B singer arrived on the red carpet wearing a modified Gareth Pugh Spring 2009 black dress, with gold Giuseppe Zanotti heels and gold metal glove.

Sugababes

Amelle Berrabah, of the UK girl group, Sugababes stood out from her band mates, Heidi Range and Keisha Buchanan by wearing the now sold out Preen Power bandage dress from Net a Porter (was £695, also available in black and fuchsia). She wore her dress with a pair of pink lace up boots, which complimented her pink belt.
